Office Paper Systems was subject to an unannounced NAID audit on 30th July 2010 and passed with flying colors.

Our mobile and plant based shredding services are AAA certified by the NAID, which means we are in full compliance with the standards outlined within their certification criteria.

All AAA certified companies follow strict guidelines and the audit looks at all aspects of security, from hiring new employees, access controls for the destruction facility and material handling to name a few. The auditor ensures that all materials are shredded/destroyed appropriately and internal controls exist such as documentation of processes and that weekly/monthly reporting follow the certification guidelines.
